This week on the blog, we have an interview with our friend and fellow dog lover, Frank Catania from Bravo TV's Real Housewives of New Jersey! We absolutely adore the Catania's family love and commitment to their animals and are thrilled Frank took the time out of his day to speak with us!

From the time I was born to the present I have never been without some kind of pet. My first pet was a Dalmatian named JoJo.
I might need some more space for this one. Right now I have Lolli (pit) and Rez (Rottweiler/Shepherd mix) who come with me everywhere but then I also have Chloe and Bugsy that are two (2) small mixes. Dolores has Mr. Bigs (Pit) and Dog (Chihuahua).
Frankie has Angel Baby and my daughter Gabby has Chicken, Bagel, Banana and Potato, who are all coconut retrievers that she brought back from St. Kitts when she went to veterinarian school there.
So in total we have 11 dogs who are all rescues and I can't forget we have Chinchi who is our chinchilla and two cats Bella and Buddy.
The best memory I have of any of my pets and I have many was with my dog, Boo, who passed away four years and is tattooed on my forearm. On a very sad day, we had to put our dog Brendan to sleep because of a brain tumor and repeated seizures. I was devastated and came home to an empty house and sat on the couch and broke down and started crying. Boo who was home on the other couch immediately came running over when he saw me crying and jumped up on my lap and put his head on my chest to console me. Boo was the most human of all the animals I have ever owned.
